NOVEMBER 11th (TUESDAY)

Call Team

November 11th | 5:30-7:30 pm Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 5:30 pm. We will call families to verify their information. If you speak Spanish, this is a great job for you.

NOVEMBER 20th (THURSDAY)

Canned Goods Pick-up Team

November 20th | 9:00 am-12:00 pm We will drive around and pick up canned goods from different collection sites in our area and bring them back to Anchor Point Church. MUST BE ABLE BODIED - recommend being a strong person with a strong back.

NOVEMBER 21st (FRIDAY)

Support Team

November 21st | 4:00-6:00 pm Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 4:00 pm. We will write thank you notes, prep turkey bags, and be runners for odd jobs.

SORT Canned/Non-perishable Team

November 21st | 4:30-6:00 pm Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 4:30 pm. We will organize and sort canned foods, and get rid of expired foods.

BAG Canned/Non-perishable Team

November 21st | 6:30-8:00 pm Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 6:30 pm. We will bag canned & non-perishable goods to be delivered.

NOVEMBER 22nd (SATURDAY)

You can only register for ONE serving position on Saturday!!

(Example a food packing team member cannot be a delivery driver)

Pick-up Team

November 22nd | 7:00-8:00 am Arrive at PUBLIX 7:00 am. We will load food into our trailer for Turkey Take-Out. We will drive over to Anchor Point Church to unload.

Prep Line Team

November 22nd | 8:00-9:30 am Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 8:00 am. We will be assisting in bagging turkeys, organizing the food line, and helping replenish the food packing lines. MUST BE ABLE BODIED - recommend being a strong person with a strong back.

Food Packing Team

November 22nd | 9:00-10:00 am Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 9:00 am. We will be packing and bagging the food for delivery.

Parking Team

November 22nd | 9:30-11:00 am Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 9:30 am. We will help direct and park volunteers arriving to serve.

Car Packing Team

November 22nd | 9:30-11:00 am Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 9:30 am. We will help load heavy bags of canned goods & meals into delivery drivers’ cars. MUST BE ABLE BODIED - recommend being a strong person with a strong back.

Delivery Team (PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION)

November 22nd | 10:00 am - until route is completed. Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 10:00 am. We will deliver food and canned goods to each home on a pre-determined route. You can only register for ONE serving position on Saturday! (Example a delivery team member cannot be on the food packing team)

You will drive your personal vehicle and deliver meals to those in need.
YOUR VEHICLE MUST HAVE SUFFICIENT SPACE TO CARRY 15+ LARGE TOTE BAGS.
DO NOT DELIVER ALONE. You should have at least one passenger with you.
ONLY THE DRIVER NEEDS TO REGISTER.
***ARRIVE AT 10 AM, PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. WE HAVE A TEAM THAT WILL NEED TO PARK YOU IN A PARTICULAR MANNER.

Clean & Reset Team

November 22nd| 10:30 am-12:00 pm Arrive at Anchor Point Church at 10:30 am. We will assist in cleaning and re-setting the church. This includes taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, and other duties.
